Monsoon Special Momos

Enjoy this monsoon with nutrition rich and power packed Momos !

Ingredients:

  • Amaranth flour: 1 cup (can use jowar/ragi flour too)
  • Rice flour: 1/2 cup
  • Carrot: 1 medium sized – grated
  • French Beans: 5-6 – finely chopped
  • Cabbage: 1/4 cup – shredded
  • Bell peppers :1/4 cup
  • Peas: 1/2 cup – boiled
  • Onion: 1 medium
  • Garlic: 6 cloves – minced
  • Ginger :1 inch – minced
  • Ajwain : 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut oil: 1/2 tsp
  • Pink salt – to taste
  • Black pepper powder – to taste
