Being a lecturer of physiology, i tend to correlate structure and function of each organ and its disorder, this helps me better diagnose and help clients achieve their goal, i believe each human body is different, but each human mind go through either good or bad instances, which leads to disorders/ ailments , have always come to conclusion that its erratic lifestyle, thought process, negative emotions, excessive usage of medicines, low immunity are few reasons of a persons suffereing, correcting this has helped me achieve clients goal, i can understand the unsaid emotions and I'm able to connect with client better, my food plan are always different case to case with each case theres new learning and new superfood which makes my food plan unique too.
