I am Shabnam Shama, a Qualified Clinical Dietitian with a specialization in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Sports Nutrition, I believe good health is more than just exercise and diet. It’s a point of view and a mental attitude you have about yourself. Everything starts with you, from revamping your mindset to having control over your lifestyle. I believe in the long term, sustainable lifestyle changes and not a short term "diet" so along with using food as medicine, I also work on a person’s mindset, habits and routines as they are the building blocks for success towards wellness goals. While using a holistic approach, I support individuals on their healing journey using a combination of nutritional therapy, mindset coaching, and breathwork.

I have been dealing with all these problems for the last twenty years. Tried a lot of alternative medicines but never got relief from any of the symptoms. But with Shabnam's guidance, my hair fall has stopped, my skin health is much better, bloating has completely gone and the constipation problem has reduced considerably. The diet plan and all the concoctions and exercise regime that Shabnam planned for me has had a magical effect on me..
