My Journey
A healthy lifestyle is a way of life that leaves you fit, energetic and at reduced risk for disease. I concentrate on developing good habits which become the foundation for continuing good health. It gives me immense pleasure to see the changes happening not only in the client's life but also the impact it has on their family members. Seeing a shift in the reports or the weighing scale or the mind of a person is extremely fulfilling not just for them but for me too. I feel very fortunate to be given an opportunity to change people's lives for the better. I love to cook & try new recipes, even when I eat out, I like to experiment with new interesting dishes. Sometimes they don’t turn out that good but I still like to try. I love to travel and explore fun places. Since the beginning of 2020, I have a new found liking for weight training which ironically, I stayed away from all my life. I have always been a yoga person and remain one till date but now have learnt to combine both weight training and yoga for a better mind & body.

What my clients say about me
I had been diagnosed with leukemia, it was my second stint with cancer, lymphoma. I had been a rheumatoid arthritis patient since 14+ years as well. All in all, with leukemia, spinal pain after bone marrow biopsy and the arthritis I was totally in pain and mentally in a difficult state, to the extent that the pain would break my spirit. I needed a full time help for my daily activities. I am otherwise a very positive patient who had sailed through chemo with lymphoma. Me & daughter Vinita, spoke to Luke first and then went ahead with the program with his senior nutritionist Shraddha. We continued the medicines as per the oncologist and the arthritis specialist as well. We slowly implemented all the suggestions, including going gluten and dairy free. The gluten and dairy free meals started slowly showing improvement in my state. While I was skeptical about the suggestions initially, I started getting confident about them day by day. All suggestions given by Shraddha for pain relief were working. We continued the program for 7 months and I have seen major change in my physical state. From bedridden to independent enough to do my own work, going for short walks, doing basic exercises, pranayama, heartfulness meditation, getting back to the kitchen and also doing some coloring and gardening work, it has been an incredible journey.
This was wonderful journey of three months for my sister under your guidance. I am very happy to see all positivity, especially her hba1c levels have dropped down from 10.6 to 7.7 in three months which is really commendable ,as taking her off the diabetic and hypertension medicine which is our dream seems to be possible.
Shraddha has been simply amazing , and more than a coach she has just guided me through this program effortlessly and with so much patience and always being available when I had a question. My family calls Shraddha - a magic doctor for all the tips she has given whenever there was a health issue. I can go on and on of the benefits of this program. Big Shoutout to the team and thank you. We need more guiding lights like you in this world to make it a better place.
