My journey as a yoga teacher began during my time as a model and actress. Being deeply involved in fitness and well-being through practices like Parkour and gymnastics, I discovered yoga to balance my active lifestyle. After intense workouts, yoga brought an incredible sense of calm, clarity, and depth to my life, which inspired me to explore it further.
I decided to get certified and deepen my knowledge so that I could share this powerful tool with others. I completed 1,750 hours (about 2 and a half months) of Classical Hatha Yoga training at the Sadhguru Gurukul at Isha Foundation. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others experience the same transformative benefits yoga has brought into my life.
