To heal people is my passion which brings in immense satisfaction. I believe that every client is unique and so are the causes for an ailment. Identifying the root cause thus acts as a crucial tool to decide the course of treatment. According to me, the foundation of a healthy body is having a balance across the four pillars of lifestyle – nutrition, exercise, sleep and emotional health. Having worked as a clinical nutritionist at several reputed hospitals and healthcare clinics in Mumbai, has provided me with immense exposure in this field. In my spare time, I love to pursue my passion for music. Music is meditation for me that helps me unwind and rejuvenate for yet another impactful day.
