Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Boiled or grilled sweet potato cubes
  • 2 tbsp Boiled kala chana
  • 2 tbsp Chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomato or grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp Roasted makhana (lightly crushed for crunch)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Jeera powder + salt – to taste
  • ½ tsp Flaxseed powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped mint or coriander

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine sweet potato, kala chana, cucumber, onion, and tomato (or carrot).
  2. Add lemon juice, jeera powder, salt, and flaxseed powder.
  3. Toss gently to mix.
  4. Sprinkle roasted makhana just before serving for a crunchy texture.
  5. Garnish with mint or coriander and serve warm or chilled.
