Method
- In a bowl, combine sweet potato, kala chana, cucumber, onion, and tomato (or carrot).
- Add lemon juice, jeera powder, salt, and flaxseed powder.
- Toss gently to mix.
- Sprinkle roasted makhana just before serving for a crunchy texture.
- Garnish with mint or coriander and serve warm or chilled.
