Avocado Beetroot mousse - Satiating creamy toothsome dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Avocado Peeled and diced
  • 2 medjool dates soaked in 1 tbsp water
  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened Coconut milk or Almond milk as per needs
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp Beetroot powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Beetroot powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Topping add ons
  • Pumpkin seed
  • Cacao nibs
  • Coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the pudding to the food processor.
  2. Stop it in between making sure it gets into a smooth mousse consistency.
  3. Transfer it into containers or tiny glasses and refrigerate till the mixture is firm.
  4. Garnish with Topping add ons as per choice.
