Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl, mix sorghum flour, sattu flour, and salt.
- Warm the oil and add the flour mix to it.
- Mix cumin powder, crushed rosemary, and carom seeds into it.
- Boil water in a pan and add the above mix. Use a spoon to mix the flour.
- Adjust the water depending on the required consistency.
- Turn off the flame and keep the mix aside for 20 minutes to cool down.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150℃.
- Meanwhile, using a rolling pin, roll the ball-sized dough into a 1/2-inch thick sheet.
- Use a knife to cut into desired shapes
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until they are done.
- Once done, let them cool completely.
- Store in airtight containers.
Power tips and variations
- We can use any other millet flour as per availability.
- One can add Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) as per the availability.
