I would like to thank Team Luke, especially Ekta, my nutritionist for making a difference in my well-being. I have a very sensitive gut and struggled with digestion for about 10 years. I have seen numerous gastrointestinal specialists, dieticians, and naturopaths in New Zealand and Australia over this period. I would get temporary relief and go back to square one. I like the way that Team Luke got into the root cause of problems instead of quick fixes. For the last 10 years, I was only able to eat roast chicken/fish rice, and eggs on toast. I was scared of eating vegetables, as I was of the mindset that they gave me stomach ache and bloating. I was not only struggling with aches all over my body.
