I firmly believe that food and lifestyle should be thy medicine, and we need to have adequate education about nutrition, emotional health, and lifestyle. As a whole, this can lead to the prevention of any disease or condition. My focus is more on prevention at an early stage, which can lead to the overall development of mental and emotional health as well. My philosophy is to achieve long-term sustainable results, which require patience, trust, and an understanding of the science behind them.

I have been watching Luke's video on Facebook for more than 3 years. It has helped me understand and figure out my gut issues. So I decided to get myself enrolled in the 3-month You Care Wellness Program. Misbah was my nutritionist. From the first call itself, I felt as if I was connecting with my old best friend. I had hypothyroidism, very low levels of ferritin, and low iron levels for several years. During every doctor visit, they would discuss increasing my thyroid medications and putting me on iron supplements. These would upset my stomach, I hated taking them. During COVID, my situation started getting worse. I struggled with bloating, weight gain, and constant fatigue. In October 2021, after seeing my pictures at one of the parties hosted by my family I felt it was time to take care of myself. I was a big fan of Luke before and decided to enroll in the plan as he used to suggest adopting a sustainable and holistic lifestyle in his videos. I am very happy that I made that decision. I was blessed to have Misbah as my nutritionist and lifestyle expert. She has been my guide throughout the program. She always listens patiently to my good and not-so-good days. She gave me tips during the days I was traveling which was very helpful and also kept me calm on stressful days. I am so happy with my progress so far, my bloating issue is almost gone. I have reduced 5kgs so far and feel my energy levels have been great with improved sleep quality. My gut health has improved drastically and so has my skin health. No breakouts. The suggested morning breathing exercises in the plan work like a magic to charge you for an active day. And the nighttime breathing exercises help you sleep. My doctor has finally suggested I reduce my thyroid medications. I have been off my iron supplements too. I never thought this would happen in this lifetime. I am still enrolled in the plan and now our focus is to lose fat as my medical issues are almost resolved.
