I am Palak Beriwala, a Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator. I strongly believe that food and lifestyle can be as useful as medicine to achieve overall health and well-being. I strive to advocate the four pillars of holistic lifestyle - Deep Cellular Nutrition, Adequate Exercise, Quality Sleep, and Emotional Wellness - in nourishing and healing. I find great pleasure in helping all my clients make a positive change in their lives and achieve their health goals. I handle all my clients with empathy, care, and patience. I practice with the approach of customization, sustainability, and teamwork because it is my guidance and the client's hard work that makes all the difference. I specialize in handling metabolic syndrome, cardiac disease, endocrine disorders (adult/pediatric), obesity (adult/pediatric), liver conditions, pre and post-transplant nutrition care, renal disorders, and nutrition during hemodialysis. Other areas of my expertise include gut issues, severe acute malnutrition, cancer nutrition (surgery, chemotherapy, and palliative), autoimmune conditions, hormonal disorders, and pregnancy and lactation nutrition. I work with clients of age groups between two years and 80 years.
