I am your integrative nutritionist and lifestyle coach, Purnima Patil. It's my passion and ambition to make a difference in people's lives by helping them achieve their health goals. As a nutritionist and food enthusiast, I do not believe that eating should be a taxing affair to be healthy. A balanced diet is the key to a healthy body and works wonders in treating any existing or underlying medical issues. Whether you are eating a salad or a chocolate cake, I believe that quality, portion control, and mindfulness can help you not only eat but enjoy your food guilt-free.
