My Journey

I am Rasika Parab, a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Medical Nutrition Therapist, with an experience of 15 plus years. I am a firm believer that nutrition is no longer a support therapy, but in itself, it is a powerful therapy for the prevention and healing of all health and lifestyle conditions. In my career, I have worked with patients during their ICU stay with medical nutrition therapy and experienced exceptional results. At LCHHS, I hope to bring my expertise in the field of nutrition, smiles, and comfort to all my clients.
