I love decoding and simplying yoga for people so they find it easy to include Yoga as a way of life. I love writing and expressing, and I use this skill to help suport Luke's mission by spreading credible information to the masses, by involving myself into writing various articles, blogs, books, and pieces of content.

My Yoga style is gentle, slow, restorative, and mindful, and includes a well-rounded practice of asana, breathwork, meditation, and an easy to understand science to get an insight into how yoga helps our body and mind.

If practiced correctly, yoga asana can break down the psychological, emotional, physical, energetic, and psychic obstacles that inhibit us from thriving. I have been conducting Yoga routines (group and individual) for diabetes, thyroid, sleep issues, weight loss, low immunity, cardiovascular conditions, obesity for seven years now helping clients successfully achieve their goals.
