I am Yukti Pahwa, your go-to nutrition enthusiast with a passion for healthy living. I am here to make your health journey simple and fun. But here's the fun part – I'm not just a nutritionist. I have lived through my transformation from battling hormonal imbalances to becoming the best version of myself. I have personally experienced the incredible impact of embracing a healthy lifestyle.
My daily mantra is: show up for yourself, no matter what! I strongly believe in respecting our bodies, and to me, food isn't just fuel – it's a powerful healer. I'm into Hatha Yoga. I love the calming power of meditation and healing practices, adding a touch of tranquility to a balanced lifestyle. I am also a big foodie and a typical Punjabi. I embrace the joy of good food, balancing my nutritional expertise with a love for delicious meals.

My area of expertise includes handling cardiac issues, altered lipid profiles, hypertension, hormonal imbalances (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, thyroid issues), fertility issues, autoimmune conditions, type 2 diabetes, gut disorders (irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis, gut malabsorption, ulcerative colitis, hiatus hernia, constipation, and gastroesophageal reflux disease). Other areas of my specialization include nutrition for pregnancy and lactation, fatty liver, stones, eating disorders (anorexia nervosa and bulimia), anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and skin issues (psoriasis, hormonal acne, and so on). I work with clients in the age group between 14 to 65 years.

It was a pleasure having Yukti as my nutritionist, the diet she suggested was wholesome and the suggestions for exercise and her motivation regularly really helped me. Also, she was flexible with her suggested diet and used to help me stay on a healthy course with some changes to the diet where I had a different liking for a particular food, and most importantly she's always available and responds quickly so she's very much reachable. Initially, to follow the diet and the exercise routine was challenging but I kept a strong will and was regularly in touch with Yukti who pushed me and encouraged me to stick to the plan initially and it became easier once the new regime became a routine for me. It's been a good experience for me although I haven't been following the last 4 weeks as planned due to many unforeseen circumstances. But happily jumping up and down as I've lost 3.9 kgs following just the diet guidelines (and cheating in between) This totals up to my 14.5 kg loss since I started my journey. I really wanna thank Yukti for guiding me to the concept of a gluten-free lactose-free diet. More than weight loss, I feel healthy overall with almost no hair loss, no bloating, and good energy levels. Kudos to you.
This journey had begun years ago but every attempt failed. Tried crash diets, various supplements, different crash diets, personal trainers, yoga sessions, and various quick fixes but nothing worked. Feb 2022, weighing 83 kgs, I decided to start a workout plan because I felt my diet was controlled (how wrong I was) but at the end of April I was 86 kgs and then the journey began. But then I got a reality check on the fact that I needed to rework my nutrition aspect and added Yukti Ma’am to the team and the rest is history. These guys have been patient with me. Understanding my limitations concerning my body and my diet found ways to help me move forward without being stressed. There have been times Yukti Ma’am has actually connected with me to say 'calorie deficit' doesn’t mean not eating so you have to eat. She has taught me how to understand my body better. She has been a guide, teacher, friend at times even a motivational therapist when I felt I was going off track. What I have learned from this journey is that transformation isn’t an Instagram reel it’s a very monotonous journey, a daily hustle where you stay disciplined, be accountable and honest not to your trainers but to yourself and one day there will be people around you asking you a question “How did you do this?” And that day you will feel, "Bam it’s worth it." Today, I have successfully lost 22 kgs in my journey and achieved my ideal body weight.
