I have been very fortunate to have sessions with Ricky after struggling to lose all my weight after the birth of my daughter in 2019. I was training post that but not reaching anywhere in terms of results. It is when I started following Ricky and watching his success stories. I wanted to reach out to him to lose some fat and inches. I was hesitant considering my thyroid issue and how I had trained for the last six months with my other trainer. But I was a little hopeful.
