My Journey

My mom used to tell me that our food talks to us - walnuts look like a brain because they are excellent for brain health. Later on, scientifically I learnt that walnuts are rich in alpha-linolenic acid, and possess more polyphenolic compounds than any other type of nut, and both these are critical for brain health. Since my childhood, I've been taught about the potential of our food and the impact it has on us. I completely believe in the healing powers of the human body, and this belief helps me motivate my clients to do the same. I am compassionate by nature, and also a very good listener. I am able to connect with people easily. Recently learnt calligraphy. Cooking is like meditation for me, and baking makes me very happy
