Natashya Phillips, with over 25 years of work experience and expertise across technology, healthcare, and fitness industries, is a testament to the power of commitment and passion. As the youngest of three children, Natashya’s early years as an aerobics instructor in the bustling gyms of Pune ignited a lifelong commitment to health and wellness, a commitment that she has upheld throughout her diverse career.

Transitioning from the world of fitness to the corporate sector, Natashya’s career took a significant turn when she joined IBM India as a soft skills trainer. From then on, she kept climbing the corporate ladder at IBM and eventually managed training for the sales team in North America, Europe, CEE, and MEA. Even in corporate leadership, she ensured that her approach to leadership remained holistic and people centric.

Today, at Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems (LCHHS), Natashya combines her dual passions for corporate leadership and holistic health. Her journey in health and wellness is deeply personal and rooted in the values of hard work, perseverance, and adaptability—all essential in the ever-evolving landscape of health and wellness.

Her mission to revolutionize the approach to health profoundly deepened when she experienced motherhood. She learned that health is holistic—not just about physical fitness or diet but also mental and emotional well-being. This emphasized shifting the narrative from reactive healthcare to proactive wellness.

Natashya envisions a future where healthcare is personalized, preventive, and holistic. For Natashya, building a company isn’t just about creating a business; it’s a labor of love. She has built a space where people are encouraged to prioritize prevention and healthcare as integral parts of their daily lives.

Gautam Kapadi

Chief Executive Officer

Gautam Kapadi’s journey to becoming the CEO of Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems (LCHHS) is rooted in his passion for integrative health. In 2017, his path crossed with Luke Coutinho, and he was deeply inspired by Luke’s visionary approach to integrative medicine.

After years in the corporate world, where stress and burnout were a regular occurrence, Gautam’s life took a turn when a routine medical check-up revealed high cholesterol. This wake-up call prompted him to reevaluate his priorities, leading him to Luke’s holistic approach to health. This encounter sparked a desire in Gautam to contribute to something larger, something that could make a lasting impact on people’s lives.

Gautam’s background as a Chartered and Cost Accountant with over 25 years of experience was marked by learning from some of the most inspirational leaders in the industry, such as Harsh Mariwala and Ajay Piramal. These early influences shaped his approach to leadership—humble, detail-oriented, and people-focused. His role at companies like Marico, Raymond, and Piramal equipped him with a robust foundation in strategic financial management and business acumen.

Joining LCHHS initially as a part-time CFO allowed Gautam to explore holistic health. By 2022, he had transitioned to the role of Group CFO and was leading the organization as the Group CEO by January 2023.

Under Gautam’s leadership, LCHHS is on a mission to create a healthier and happier planet by promoting lifestyle changes. He envisions a future where healthcare prioritizes prevention over treatment, addressing the root causes of diseases through changes in crucial lifestyle areas.

With a strong belief in the power of technology to enhance customer experience and improve accessibility, Gautam’s vision is a beacon of hope for a healthier world.
