For Sender:
- Visit our Luke’s Learning Hub platform and browse through the wide range of transformative courses.
- Select the program you’d like to enroll in and add it to your cart.
- Carefully read through the disclaimers and tick the boxes to proceed.
- Enter the required billing information to move forward with your purchase.
- Click Place Order to complete enrollment.
For Recipients:
- Select the program by the sender and add it to your cart at Luke’s Learning Hub.
- Read through the disclaimers carefully and tick the boxes to proceed.
- Enter your name, email, and billing details after adding the course to your cart.
- At checkout, redeem your gift card code and then click Place Order.

Terms and Conditions
- Redemption: The gift card can be redeemed only on Luke’s Learning Hub to purchase any course of choice. In case the course is not accessed, a refund of ₹799 will be ensured to the purchaser.
- Validity: The gift card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
- Non-refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- Lost or stolen cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to keep the details safe.
- Expired cards: Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or replaced, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from expiry.
- Additional charges: Any charges beyond the value of the gift card must be paid by the cardholder at the time of redemption.
- Currency: The gift card/program can only be purchased and redeemed in Indian Rupees.
- Updates to Terms: Luke’s Learning Hub reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time.

Shipping
We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
