Terms and Conditions

  • Redemption: The gift voucher can be redeemed on all our Wellness programs and consults. This gift voucher can be redeemed completely or partially. Any unused balance will remain on the voucher and can be used towards future purchases within the validity period.
  • Validity: The gift voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Non-refundable: The gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that the voucher is kept safe.
  • Expired vouchers: Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or replaced, and we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the voucher expiry.
  • Additional charges: Any additional charges beyond the value of the gift voucher must be paid by the voucher holder at the time of redemption.
  • The gift voucher/program can only be purchased/redeemed in Indian Rupees only.

Shipping

We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

  • Received the wrong item
  • Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
  • Item had defects

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
