We can mould the food plans to suit the likes and dislikes of a teenager. It’s better to start at a young age to avoid complications later in life.
Any thyroid-related imbalance needs time to improve as we try to work at the root cause, so a minimum of 3 months is ideal to see the most effective results. It also depends on how well your body responds to this program and suggested lifestyle changes.
Yes. In today’s day and age, men also have increased stress and face thyroid-related issues that go unrecognized and can significantly impact their health and well-being. Men can experience symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, and mood disturbances due to both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. Additionally, thyroid dysfunction in men can lead to more specific issues like erectile dysfunction and a low sperm count. And this program can help them.
Thyroid medications have been prescribed to you by a doctor after certain observations in mind. Our program isn’t a replacement for your medications. We will work in parallel with your medications on aspects like balanced nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional health to bring back the natural balance of the body and eventually taper and possibly stop the medication keeping your doctor in the loop.
Lifestyle factors such as lack of sleep, poor diet, and sedentary habits can significantly impact TSH levels, potentially leading to thyroid dysfunction. Managing high TSH will need a Six-pronged approach, so the program will definitely be helpful.
