Our success in managing thousands of diabetic cases in recent years has shown a different reality. While there are genuine cases, especially type 1, where lifelong medication may be necessary, lifestyle management strategies can significantly reduce the need for medication, empowering you to take control of your health.
While type 1 diabetes is a chronic condition and cannot be reversed, it can be effectively managed with the proper support. The exact cause of type 1 diabetes is unknown, but it’s thought to be a combination of genetics and environmental factors. On the other hand, type 2 diabetes is primarily a lifestyle-related condition. By integrating medication with personalized lifestyle adjustments, it’s possible to bring blood glucose levels under control, reduce medication dependence, and significantly improve your quality of life.
Beyond medications and doctor’s plans, there’s so much more to diabetes management. We understand that diabetes affects not just your physical health but also your mental and emotional well-being. The restrictions imposed by diabetes can be overwhelming, which is why we go beyond condition management.
Our program goes beyond traditional diabetes management by addressing and tackling the root causes of your condition – be it chronic inflammation or any other health challenge. We focus on pancreatic health at a cellular level, empowering you to make sustainable lifestyle changes. An integrative team of nutritionists, lifestyle coaches, clinical dietitians, and yoga experts work together to enhance your overall health—improving deficiencies, digestive function, inflammation levels, and more.
For those in the pre-diabetic stage, there’s a unique opportunity to take proactive steps. Preventive care at this stage gives you greater control over the progression of the condition, offering a significant advantage. Even if diabetes runs in your family, it doesn’t have to be your destiny. Our program helps you shift the odds through personalized care, focusing on prevention and long-term wellness.
It’s important to understand that most type 2 diabetes cases are also linked to lifestyle choices. This means that the decisions you make each day, from the food you eat to your sleep habits, have a direct impact on your health. You have the power to make a difference in managing your condition.
Our program is designed to work alongside your medical treatment to help you thrive—whether you are managing diabetes or preventing its onset. This is not just about managing a condition—it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports your long-term well-being.
We’re here to guide you every step of the way, and together, we can make a difference.

“I received my blood report showing an HbA1c of 9.8. I was completely surprised and shattered, as no one in my family is diabetic. But my wife, who was already benefiting from Luke and his team’s program, recommended I give it a try. So, I started with my diet, which was planned by Shimpli. I don’t fear eating anymore, and my blood sugar and all vitals are within normal range. All thanks to Shimpli. I must thank the whole team of Luke for such a wonderful journey.”
Vimal came to us with elevated HbA1c at 9.8, a surprising wake-up call, especially with no family history of diabetes. He was struggling with a sedentary lifestyle, chronic work stress, emotional strain and suppression, poor nutritional habits like carb-heavy and irregular meals, late-night dinners, and a disrupted circadian rhythm.

Vimal Jain achieved a remarkable transformation, losing 6 kgs (and counting!) while reducing his HbA1c to 6.5. His fasting blood sugar levels dropped from 197 mg/dL to 89 mg/dL, and his post-meal levels now average between 125–145 mg/dL. He can now enjoy food without fear, maintaining healthy blood sugar levels effortlessly.
“Misbah has been very patient in guiding my mom, always checking in, reminding and encouraging her. My mom felt comfortable with the options Misbah was willing to work with, considering her age and habits. A special mention to Ami, who was super encouraging and wonderful to my mother on the call. She almost choked with emotion. Perhaps she got this recognition and acknowledgment from someone after a long time.”
A 71-year-old woman came to us after struggling with high blood sugar levels, insulin dependency, and diabetic retinopathy, which led to multiple eye injections. She was facing chronic loneliness and isolation, deepened dependency on her family, and struggled with negative thought patterns. Additionally, she had poor sleep quality, a rigid mindset, and resistance to adopting new methods or lifestyle changes.
- Followed our diabetes protocol.
- Activated the body’s five defense mechanisms- anti-angiogenesis, DNA repair, stem cell regulation, immunity & inflammation, and the gut microbiome.
- Introduced the You Care Lifestyle flow of meal planning.
- Focused on quality sleep, leading to significant insulin reduction.
- Suggested affirmations to positively reprogram her thoughts.
- Helped with grounding and shielding to improve blood circulation and glucose levels.
- Advised journaling to release pent-up emotions.
- Recommended walking to manage blood sugar levels.
- Encouraged meditation to shift from negativity to positivity.
Our client reduced her insulin dosage from 26 to 12 units in just 3 months. Her fasting glucose levels dropped from 180 mg/dL to around 100 mg/dL. She also overcame feelings of loneliness and negativity, regaining the confidence to become more independent.

“Diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in March 2022, I joined the 3-month You Care Gut Health Program. At that point, I had lost 16 pounds, was unable to eat properly, and was in the worst phase. A recent colonoscopy revealed my colon fully healed, with no inflammation.”

Type 1 diabetes is irreversible, but we can help you manage the blood glucose levels. We guide you through the holistic approach of a better lifestyle with the right combination of foods.
Any one above the age of 2 years can join the program.
Type 2 diabetes doesn’t have a cure, but can be reversed and put into complete remission (below-diabetes range blood glucose). The goal would be to help you wean off the medicines or reduce the need for medication, but it would entirely depend upon how your body is adapting to certain foods. However, we will closely monitor your blood glucose levels and guide you to manage your health through a holistic approach.
We would not recommend stopping any medicine without your doctor’s knowledge and guidance.
This would depend upon case-to-case basis.
