Wellness Consultant
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our wellness programs, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Result Area – Sales & Client Engagement
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth within the wellness segment.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving wellness needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the client’s wellness journey.
- Route all consult appointment requests to CRM team.
- Share program details and payment procedures with new clients.
- Help in improving conversions by following up with potential clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company’s wellness programs, services, and offerings.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of wellness programs to potential clients.
Sales Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Company Brand and Image:
- Promote the brand value and the vision of the company in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Wellness, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the wellness or health industry.
Skills:
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
