Amatullah is a Clinical Dietitian and Foundational Medicine Expert who listens deeply, empathizes fully, and works to uncover the true root of her clients’ health challenges. She builds personalized, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle plans across PCOD, diabetes, thyroid, arthritis, fertility, and weight loss. Her supportive and solution-oriented mindset helps clients improve their health, mindset, and overall well-being, with plans designed to feel natural and easy to follow.

My journey as a nutritionist began with a deep passion for using food as medicine — to empower others and promote true healing from within. I earned my Bachelor’s in Food Science and Nutrition, Dietetics, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.
I gained hands-on experience through internships at Holy Spirit Hospital and Freedom Wellness, where I conducted dietary recalls, designed nutrition plans, and supported hospital patient care. I continued building my clinical practice as Assistant Dietitian and Media Manager at Freedom Wellness, counselling clients with complex medical conditions and creating healthy diet plans for corporate teams.
Building on this foundation, I worked as a Junior Dietitian at Fitelo, before stepping into the role of Visiting Faculty for the Sciences of the Home (Dawoodi Bohra Community Initiative), where I delivered lectures on paediatric nutrition and guided mothers in practical dietary applications. Certifications in behaviour and lifestyle counselling, obesity management, and exercise science have further strengthened my evidence-based approach.
Today, as a Nutritionist & Foundational Medicine Expert at Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Solutions, I craft personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans with dedicated one-on-one support.
What defines my practice is being a compassionate listener, an empathetic guide, and a caring partner — I truly hear your story and address the root cause with heartfelt support.
