My journey in nutrition began with the quote, ‘You are what you eat.’ My curiosity led me to pursue a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition, to understand how nutrition influences genetic expression, cellular biochemistry, and endocrinology. With a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and metabolism, I have worked with individuals across diverse health conditions, helping them improve their metabolic profile and health through
personalized nutrition strategies.
Having worked in preventive health-tech extensively at scale, I have supported thousands of individuals in working towards their health goals while leading high-performing teams. Along the way, I realized that true healing extends beyond diet plans — it requires understanding the unique needs, habits, emotions, and mind-body connection of every individual. This fueled my interest in yoga and ancient knowledge systems, leading me to pursue a 200-Hour Teacher Training Course in Yoga.
