That’s when I found my purpose in nutrition. I decided to study it not just for myself, but to help others who felt stuck, unheard, or overwhelmed.
As a trainee, I bring presence and curiosity to each interaction. I’ve seen firsthand how consistency, personalized guidance, and self-belief can transform health. I’m here to support people in making that shift—gently, but meaningfully.
