This passion has fueled my journey from the field to the gym, where I now apply my athletic experience to help others achieve their fitness goals.
Over the years, I have gained certifications in CrossFit, Kettlebell, Functional Training, HIIT, and TRX training from the prestigious K11 Academy. My own experience as an athlete has shaped my training approach, and I have tailored my sessions to suit individual needs, whether it’s strength, agility, or athletic conditioning. My mission has always been to help others build strength, resilience, and confidence through fitness, and I’m committed to empowering my clients to reach their full potential.
