Madhurya Chitlur
Madhurya is a Nutritionist and Foundational Medicine Expert with academic depth in nutrition science and behaviour change. Her work spans weight management, PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, and gut health. Drawing on training in both clinical nutrition and behavioural science, she helps clients build healthier and more mindful relationships with food through personalized, practical lifestyle changes. Her passion for yoga shapes her balanced mind–body approach, and clients often share that her empathetic and personalized care has improved their relationship with food and supported a more positive outlook on health and life.

My journey into nutrition began with a deep curiosity about the connection between food, health, and well-being. Growing up surrounded by diverse food culture and flavours inspired me to explore how nutrition shapes our health. This interest led me to pursue advanced studies in Food Science and Nutrition, followed by a Master’s in Nutrition and Behaviour. Through my academic training, I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and behaviour change.
Working across various spheres of nutrition, I have built a wealth of experience in clinical cases, lifestyle nutrition, and guiding sustainable habit change. All of these experiences have enriched my understanding of compassionate and holistic care.
My passion for yoga continues to influence my belief in a balanced mind–body approach to well-being. Today, I remain committed to empowering individuals to build healthier relationships with food and lead more balanced lives.
