My journey began in dentistry, where I spent over 10 years helping people with their oral health. But I soon realized that many of the issues I saw—chronic inflammation, stress, poor immunity—were rooted much deeper, in nutrition and lifestyle.
That insight led me to pursue a second career in integrative nutrition. I wanted to empower people to prevent disease, not just treat symptoms. Now, as a trainee, I’m focused on learning, listening, and supporting clients with care and intention.
I believe in using food as a first-line strategy to improve overall well-being, while respecting each person’s unique challenges and pace.
