My journey toward holistic coaching began with a simple passion of helping people feel better in their bodies. As a nutritionist, I realized that true healing goes far beyond the plate. I saw clients struggling not just with their weight or sugar levels, but with stress, sleep, emotional eating, and self-worth. That’s when I began exploring deeper.
Today, I guide people toward balance, not just in their meals, but in their thoughts, sleep, stress, exercise, and self-care. Holistic coaching has allowed me to not just heal bodies, but nurture souls. And in doing so, it’s been healing for me too.
Every story I witness reminds me that healing isn’t linear, it has many layers—personal, and incredibly powerful when done with care.
