My journey in nutrition began with a deep interest in understanding how food can influence healing, recovery, and quality of life. Over the years, this interest evolved into a meaningful career across clinical nutrition, paediatric oncology, and therapeutic care. I completed my Master’s in Specialised Dietetics with a focus on Diabetes and Cardiac Nutrition, which strengthened my foundation in evidence-based practice.
Working with hospitals and oncology support organisations gave me the opportunity to support patients and caregivers through some of their most challenging phases of life. From managing treatment-related side effects to creating practical and sustainable nutrition plans, I learned the importance of combining science with empathy.
Today, my approach focuses on simplifying nutrition, building trust, and helping individuals create healthier lifestyles that feel realistic, nourishing, and long-lasting.
