My expertise lies in critical illness, focusing on nutritional care for critically ill patients, particularly post-surgery, during chemotherapy, and in critical care. I’m passionate about this work because I believe food and nutrition are powerful healing tools that complement and enhance medical treatments far beyond what drugs alone can achieve.
I’ve been with the LCHHS team for nearly a year; each day is a learning experience. It’s gratifying to coach people on nutrition and lifestyle and to witness the positive outcomes we achieve together.
