My journey into nutrition began with a deeply personal experience. Like many, I once struggled with body image concerns and believed health was primarily about appearance. This personal challenge became the foundation of my curiosity, and ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in dietetics.
As I immersed myself in the field of nutrition, my understanding of health evolved profoundly. I discovered that true wellness goes far beyond looking good — it is about feeling healthy, nourished, balanced, and empowered from within. Nutrition, to me, is not merely about changing appearances; it is about enhancing quality of life.
My aim is to guide individuals toward sustainable, realistic habits that nurture both physical health and inner balance. I am passionate about helping people build a positive relationship with food — moving away from restriction and toward mindful nourishment, so they can experience health not as a destination, but as a way of life.
