Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds soaked for 5 to 6 hours
  • ½ cup fresh coriander/mint leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1- inch ginger
  • ¼ cup roasted split Bengal gram dal
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Take the soaked and dried pumpkin seeds in a blender.
  2. Add the coriander/mint, garlic, ginger, chilli, roasted dal and salt.
  3. Blend it to a fine taste.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Serve with idli/dosa/rice/roti.
