My desire to become a nutritionist stemmed from my need to help myself, sparking curiosity about “what actually works?” My journey began with counting calories and experimenting on myself. Over time, I learned there’s much more to health than just known nutrients.
I’ve worked as a dietician at Fortis, Mulund, and as a health coach, eventually becoming an expert coach with GOQII. I’ve been with Team Luke for 4 years, continuously discovering new answers to my initial question.
