Cacao Delights: Indulge in Chocolate Bliss!

We strongly believe that healthy choices should never compromise on taste. Try this One-Bite Cacao Pops recipe using only the finest ingredients, completely free from artificial additives and preservatives. With each satisfying crunch, you will nourish your body with the pure goodness of cacao and its abundant antioxidant-rich properties.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup puffed amaranth seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mix of pistachios and desiccated coconut

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cacao powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, pistachios, desiccated coconut, and salt.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the puffed amaranth seeds to the bowl and gently fold them into the cacao mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow them to set.
  6. Once firm, the cacao pops are ready to be enjoyed.
  7. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
Recipe tips and variations
  1. Add a crunchy texture and nutty flavor to your cacao pops by mixing in chopped nuts like almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts.
  2. Using puffed rice instead of amaranth seeds can be a suitable alternative for a different texture and taste.
