This flow has helped me open up and reach a state of receiving and giving rather than being stuck in expectations, control, fears, and the victim mode. I felt aligned with the universe and my spirit after doing this. I hope it can bring you the same peace, strength, and clarity to move forward. There is tremendous truth in ‘all our answers lie within us.’ This flow helped me find many of them.
Practice this flow at the start of the day, your most sacred hour. It takes less than 5 minutes. But you can extend it for longer too. Do it with discipline, consistency, and self-realization. Teach it to your kids, parents, grandparents, relatives, friends, and accountability buddies.
