Hair health is rarely about one miracle ingredient.
In foundational medicine, we look deeper. Hair fall, dullness, weak roots, poor texture, and brittle nails can often reflect what is happening internally.
Our approach has always been rooted in going back to real food, traditional wisdom, and sustainable habits instead of chasing quick fixes.
Long before “biotin” became a marketing trend, our grandmothers were already using ingredients like sesame seeds, makhana, nuts, ghee, dates, and seeds in everyday recipes to nourish the body deeply.
This recipe brings together healthy fats, minerals, fiber, plant protein, omega-3, and naturally biotin-supportive ingredients in a way that is easy, grounding, and sustainable for everyday life.
