“I couldn’t do any form of exercise earlier, nor was I able to meditate. I couldn’t even sit with my eyes closed for half a minute.”

These words capture the fear and exhaustion with which 52-year-old homemaker, Nupur Munglani, first came to us — a gentle, soft-spoken woman who felt trapped inside a body that no longer responded to her.
